Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Co in Madison, PA seeks an I&C Instructor to support the new generation of reactors, including AP1000 and operating fleet. The role reports to Operations and Technical Training and is typically 2–3 days per week on-site at the Madison, PA facility in a hybrid arrangement.

Responsibilities include designing and delivering training sessions, coordinating with training committees, and developing documentation and advanced educational tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Science/Engineering or equivalent plus experience.
• 4–10 years in nuclear operations or related roles.
• Experience with training, simulators and NRC regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all stages of the SAT process of the initial and continuing education programs.
• Carry out analysis, design and implementation of training needs in the specialty.
• Design and implement sessions for initial and continuous training of licensed and non-licensed personnel.
• Coordinate training and support to training committees and planning programs.
• Develop supporting documentation and maintain it up to date.
• Develop advanced educational means (simulators, multimedia, videos, models) and maintain them.
