Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as possible in PWR Operations and/or Technical Training.
• SRO PWR would be beneficial.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a training environment.
• Strong knowledge of: SAT and training processes and certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop instructors, promoting technical excellence and continuous growth.
• Deliver operations and technical training and support instructor qualification programs.
• Ensure alignment with the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) and certification processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, flexibility, and cost effectiveness.
• Optimize resource allocation based on demand and project priorities.
• Collaborate with Business Units to resolve resource conflicts and minimize impact on cost, schedule, and delivery.
