Job summary

Segra is seeking a qualified Network Services Coordinator to join our team in a full-time capacity in a hybrid role based in Virginia. The position leads complex, multisite managed service deployments, providing senior operational guidance and customer engagement throughout the full service delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in telecommunications, service delivery, project coordination, or technical customer support.

Responsibilities

• Lead multisite managed service deployments and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Interpret advanced engineering documentation and provide technical guidance.
• Manage high-visibility customer deployments with escalation and risk management.
