Job summary

Segra is seeking a qualified Network Support Analyst to join as a full-time team member in either Waynesboro, VA or Charlotte, NC. The hybrid role requires three days in the office and two remote days per week.

You will process network maintenance requests, analyze impact to customers, send maintenance notifications, and deconflict overlaps to avoid outages while monitoring network performance and reporting on maintenance outcomes.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred and/or combination of 4 years related experience.
• Experience: 3+ years of directly related telephony or network operations experience.
• Must have extensive computer skills with MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Inventory systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process network maintenance requests.
• Analyze impact to customers and notify maintenance.
• Deconflict potential overlaps of services to avoid outages.
• Monitor the network and report on maintenance successes and performance statistics.
