Job summary

Segra is seeking a Network Services Coordinator in a hybrid role requiring three days in the office in Charleston, SC, with two remote days per week. The role leads complex multisite managed service deployments, guiding cross-functional teams and engaging customers through the full service lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in telecom or service delivery, with strong problem-solving, scheduling, and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in telecommunications, service delivery, project coordination, or technical customer support
• Strong interpersonal and customer engagement skills, including ability to lead crossfunctional teams

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex, multisite managed service deployments.
• Provide project leadership and customer engagement throughout the full lifecycle of service delivery.
• Mentor team and drive cross-functional collaboration to meet delivery timelines
