Job summary

Segra is seeking a Network Services Coordinator to lead complex, multisite managed service deployments in a full-time hybrid role. You will drive cross-functional teams, interpret engineering docs, and deliver high-visibility projects on schedule.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in telecommunications or service delivery, a degree in a related field, strong VoIP and LAN/WAN knowledge (Adtran, Cisco Meraki), and proven customer engagement skills.

Qualifications

Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in telecommunications, service delivery, project coordination, or technical customer support

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of complex, multisite managed service deployments and serve as a senior operational authority within the Managed Services team.
Independently manage high-visibility customer deployments and drive cross-functional teams to meet aggressive delivery timelines.
Interpret advanced engineering documentation and provide direction, risk mitigation, and escalation management.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and mentor team members.
