Job summary

Georgia-Pacific’s GPXpress Team is seeking a National Account Support Specialist to collaborate with National Account Sales and Distribution, strengthening selling capabilities and supporting GP’s long-term success.

You will partner with account managers on day-to-day account management, pull and analyze sales data for insights, and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy across CRM records.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related field or 4+ years of work experience in a sales support role.
Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Account Management Support: Partner with National Account Managers in day-to-day management of key accounts, handling inquiries and maintaining accuracy.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Pull and analyze sales data to provide actionable insights and generate regular performance reports.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within account management operations and implement strategies to enhance efficiency.
Communication and Coordination: Serve as a liaison between key partners and internal departments to ensure alignment and fulfill client requirements.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account activities using CRM tools.
End User Support: Provide comprehensive support for GP Pro users via email, calls, and chat.
