Job summary

Georgia-Pacific's GPXpress Team is seeking a National GPO Support Specialist, partnering with the Demand Aggregator National Account Team. In this role you will help strengthen our selling capabilities and drive long-term GP success, with a hybrid schedule of 2 days remote and 3 days in Green Bay.

You will manage key accounts, communicate contract terms, analyze sales data, and support end users of GP Pro products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field OR 4+ years of sales support experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel up to 10%

Responsibilities

• Account Management Support: Partner with National Account Managers in the day-to‑day management of key accounts, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accuracy within business processes.
• Contract Support & Compliance: Communicate contract terms, program rules, and compliance requirements to internal stakeholders; verify eligibility and promptly update distribution and internal systems.
• Communication and Coordination: Serve as a liaison between GP sellers and National Account Managers for Group Purchasing Organization related questions and concerns. Ensuring proper communication is provided to related parties.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Pull & analyze sales data to provide actionable insights that support strategic account strategies. Generate regular reports to track performance and identify areas for growth.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within account management operations and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• End User Support: Provide comprehensive support for the end users of GP Pro products through various channels including emails, calls, and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of user inquiries and issues.
