Job summary

Na Ali'i is seeking a Payroll Accountant to join the Payroll Operations team within the Finance & Accounting department. The role supports payroll processing, labor reconciliation, and payroll-related data integrity using Deltek Costpoint, Deltek Time & Expense, and ADP.

The Payroll Accountant will collaborate with Payroll, HR, and Accounting to ensure payroll accuracy, labor integrity, and strong internal controls across multiple states and companies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or similar discipline from an accredited institution is preferred.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in payroll operations, payroll accounting, labor accounting, or related payroll support functions.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now, Deltek Costpoint, and Deltek Time & Expense preferred.
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations, wage and hour laws, and multi-state payroll processing.
• Experience supporting labor-driven payroll operations in a government contracting environment and familiarity with SCA/DBRA preferred.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and Excel skills.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll operations by processing and maintaining accurate labor, leave, and payroll-related data within Deltek Costpoint and Deltek Time & Expense.
• Assist in reviewing and validating payroll and labor data to ensure accuracy prior to payroll processing and financial reporting.
• Support payroll cycle activities and payroll processing deadlines assigned by Payroll leadership.
• Process and support timesheet corrections and labor adjustments, leave accruals and corrections, retroactive labor and payroll adjustments, PTO payouts, and data maintenance.
• Maintain working knowledge of Deltek Costpoint, Deltek Time & Expense, and ADP Workforce Now and assist with system-related tasks.
• Assist employees and managers with timekeeping corrections and payroll-related inquiries.
• Support testing, validation, and issue resolution related to payroll and labor system updates.
• Partner with Payroll, HR, and Accounting teams to ensure payroll accuracy and labor integrity.
