Job summary

Na Ali\'i is seeking a Payroll Accountant to join the Payroll Operations team. You will manage labor data, leave processing, and payroll integrity across multiple systems to ensure accurate payroll execution.

Collaborating with Payroll, HR, and Accounting, you will support reconciliations, reporting, and system updates, while maintaining strict confidentiality of employee data and compliance with state and federal payroll regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or similar discipline preferred.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in payroll operations, payroll accounting, labor accounting, or related payroll support functions.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now, Deltek Costpoint, and Deltek Time & Expense preferred.
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations, wage and hour laws, and multi-state payroll processing.
• Experience supporting labor-driven payroll operations in a government contracting environment and familiarity with SCA/DBRA preferred.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and Excel skills.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain accurate labor, leave, and payroll-related data within Deltek Costpoint and Deltek Time & Expense.
• Review and validate payroll and labor data before processing and reporting.
• Support payroll cycle activities and deadlines set by Payroll leadership.
• Handle timesheet corrections, labor adjustments, leave accruals, and PTO payouts.
