Job summary

Goldbelt, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Specialist to maintain employee records and process multi-state payrolls. Responsibilities include onboarding/offboarding related to payroll, updating records, auditing timekeeping, and reconciling data across Deltek Costpoint and ADP systems.

The role requires an associate degree or 2-3 years of payroll experience, proficiency in Excel, and strong attention to detail. ADP Workforce Now experience preferred; Alaska Native Corporation background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2-3 years of payroll processing experience.
• Ability to pass an employment background check.
• ADP Workforce Now experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and offboard employees in relation to payroll.
• Update employee records (taxes, direct deposit).
• Audit timekeeping records for compliance.
• Load Deltek T&E and ADP data into Costpoint and reconcile.
• Process immediate pays for terminated employees.
• Respond to employees' questions about timesheets or pay.
