Job summary

Redhorse Corporation seeks a Payroll Analyst to join our Finance and Accounting team in a hybrid role based out of Gainesville, VA. You will manage bi-weekly payroll processing for a multi-state workforce, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and maintain accurate employee records.

You will work with Deltek Costpoint and Deltek Time & Expense, reconcile payroll data, and support ad-hoc reporting and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/business or related field and 5+ years multi-state payroll experience.
• Proficiency with Deltek Costpoint 7.2+ and Deltek Time & Expense.
• Experience running full-cycle multi-state payroll and wage garnishments.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and data reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle bi-weekly payroll for a multi-state employee base with high accuracy.
• Manage weekly timesheet collection and posting of labor distributions using Deltek.
• Process off-cycle payroll runs, adjustments, and garnishments in compliance with regulations.
• Reconcile payroll, accruals, and benefit disbursements; support audits and reporting.
• Maintain employee/subcontractor profiles and respond to payroll inquiries.
