Job summary

Na Alii is seeking a Payroll Accountant to join the Payroll Operations team within the Finance & Accounting department. The role supports payroll processing, labor reconciliation, leave administration, and data integrity across Deltek Costpoint, Deltek Time & Expense, and ADP.

The position partners with Payroll, HR, and Accounting to ensure payroll accuracy and internal controls across multiple states. Hybrid work is available with a preference for the Arlington, VA area but supports multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or similar preferred.
• 2–4 years in payroll operations, payroll accounting, or related functions.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now, Deltek Costpoint and Deltek Time & Expense preferred.
• Knowledge of payroll regulations, wage/hour laws, multi-state processing.
• Experience in government contracting payroll environment and familiarity with SCA/DBRA preferred.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain accurate labor, leave, and payroll data in Deltek and ADP systems.
• Review and validate payroll and labor data prior to processing and reporting.
• Support payroll cycles and deadlines set by leadership.
• Handle timesheet corrections, leave accruals, retroactive adjustments, PTO payouts, and data maintenance.
• Maintain system knowledge and assist with payroll-related inquiries and testing.
