Job summary

Na Ali'i is seeking a Payroll Accountant to join the Payroll Operations team within the Finance & Accounting department. The role focuses on accurate labor processing, leave administration, and payroll data integrity using Deltek Costpoint, Deltek Time & Expense, and ADP.

Responsibilities include reviewing payroll data, meeting cycle deadlines, and supporting reconciliations and reporting. The position involves collaboration with Payroll, HR, and Accounting across multiple states and companies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or similar discipline preferred.
• Minimum 2–4 years in payroll operations, payroll accounting, labor accounting, or related payroll support.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now, Deltek Costpoint, and Deltek Time & Expense preferred.
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations, wage and hour laws, and multi-state payroll processing.
• Experience in government contracting environments with SCA/DBRA familiarity is a plus.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and Excel skills.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain accurate labor, leave, and payroll-related data.
• Review and validate payroll and labor data before processing and reporting.
• Support payroll cycle activities and deadlines.
• Handle timesheet corrections, leave accruals, and retroactive adjustments.
• Assist with system updates in Deltek Costpoint, Deltek Time & Expense, and ADP Workforce Now.
