Job summary

FusionTek, a leading MSP, seeks a Technical Support Engineer II to support multiple client environments with diverse stacks. You will troubleshoot, install, and configure Windows/Server systems, SonicWall firewalls, and cloud services.

The role blends remote and on-site work across Federal Way and client sites, with mentorship of Level I staff and strong documentation practices. The ideal candidate has MSP experience, strong communication skills, and a growth mindset.

Qualifications

• CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ required; must be obtained within 6 months of employment.
• MD-102 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated support requests and complex technical issues.
• Handle break/fix issues, installations, and user configurations.
• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, networking, server, and cloud issues.
• Provide remote and onsite support for client environments.
• Configure and support Windows Server 2016–2022, Hyper‑V, networking, and security tasks.
• Troubleshoot and deploy SonicWall firewalls; manage switches and access points.
