Job summary

FusionTek is seeking a Technical Support Engineer II to support multiple client environments in a hybrid work setting (home, Bellingham office, and client sites as needed). The role emphasizes troubleshooting across Windows/macOS, servers, and cloud services, with active mentorship of Level I staff.

Ideal candidates have MSP experience, strong communication, and a proactive approach to documentation and process improvement. Must reside in the greater Seattle area.

Qualifications

• Requires CompTIA A+ and/or Network+; MD-102 preferred.
• Experience with MSP environments highly preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and client communication.
• Ability to work hybrid: home, office, and client sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide client support and troubleshoot escalated issues across Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, networking, servers, and cloud services.
• Perform remote and onsite support for client environments.
• Configure and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022).
• Assist with Hyper-V, networking, security tasks, and firewall management.
• Collaborate with Level I technicians and document processes using Autotask.
