FusionTek, a Tampa-based MSP, is seeking a Technical Support Engineer II to support multiple client environments across Windows/macOS, servers, and cloud services. This role emphasizes teamwork, growth, integrity, and ownership, with hybrid work including home, Tampa office, and client sites.

Qualifications

• CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ required; if not held, obtain within 6 months.
• MD-102 preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS; Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.

Responsibilities

• Provide client support and troubleshooting for Windows, macOS, networking, and cloud services.
• Configure and support Windows Server environments and Hyper-V is mentioned in context of server tasks.
• Document tickets and maintain knowledge base; mentor Level I technicians.
