Job summary

FusionTek is a Managed Service Provider seeking a Technical Support Engineer II to support diverse client environments. You will troubleshoot Windows, macOS, servers, networking, and cloud-related issues while providing remote and onsite assistance.

The role emphasizes MSP experience, documentation, and teamwork, with opportunities for growth and training. Expect a dynamic, client-facing engineering environment in a growth-focused company.

Qualifications

CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ required; must be obtained within 6 months of employment.
MD‑102 preferred.
MSP experience preferred; ability to handle multiple client environments.

Responsibilities

Provide client support and troubleshooting for escalated issues.
Configure and support Windows Server environments and Hyper-V.
Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, networking, server, and cloud-related problems.
Remote and onsite support for client environments.
Mentor Level I technicians and collaborate with the technical team.
Document tickets in Autotask and maintain up-to-date client documentation.
