Job summary

Think Technologies Group in Sarasota, FL is seeking a Level 2 Help Desk Technician to join our tight, family-friendly MSP. You will serve as an escalation point for the service desk, delivering advanced troubleshooting and strong customer service.

This hybrid role requires Windows, networking, and Microsoft 365 skills, with travel up to 100 miles occasionally and participation in on-call rotations. Competitive salary range $60k–$70k, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Experience providing MSP-level support and issue resolution.
Strong Windows desktop support, troubleshooting and deployment.
Moderate networking knowledge and basic Windows Server administration.
Experience supporting mobile devices and Microsoft 365/cloud email.
Able to respond to support requests calmly, professionally and clearly.
Willingness to travel up to 100 miles to client sites.
Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation about five times per year.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite and remote technical support and troubleshooting for diverse client environments.
Act as an escalation point for the service desk, resolving issues while providing excellent customer service.
Proactively monitor client systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
