Job summary

You will handle 45–60 inbound calls daily, addressing mortgage-related questions and documenting every interaction in our systems. The role requires recent customer service experience, strong computer skills, and accurate typing.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of RECENT customer service experience (call center preferred, but admin experience accepted).
• Efficient in using a Windows PC and navigating multiple software systems.
• Typing: at least 35 WPM and strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle approximately 45-60 inbound calls per day with 2–7 minute durations.
• Serve as primary contact for mortgage servicing inquiries from borrowers, agents, and institutions.
• Respond to questions on mortgage payments, escrow, homeowners insurance, and related matters.
• Document interactions accurately and follow company policies and quality standards.
• Resolve customer concerns using problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Navigate multiple applications while maintaining attention to detail and service quality.
• Communicate with borrowers, insurers, and financial institutions to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and a high level of customer care.
