TEKsystems in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking candidates for a Mortgage Servicing Call Center role with a starting wage of $17.00–$18.50 per hour. Training is on-site for the first 45 days with shifts 9:30am–6:00pm, 10:30am–7:00pm, and 11:30am–8:00pm; hybrid thereafter based on attendance and performance.

The role requires handling 45–60 calls daily, addressing payments, escrow, and insurance questions, and documenting customer interactions across multiple systems.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of RECENT customer service experience (call center preferred, but will consider front desk/admin).
• MUST HAVE: Basic computer literacy (70% passing) and typing test (35 WPM).
• Internet connection required to train remote and work remote.
• Good verbal and written communication skills; able to follow up via email.

Responsibilities

• Handle approximately 45-60 inbound customer calls per day with variable volume.
• Serve as the primary contact for mortgage servicing inquiries from borrowers, insurers, and financial institutions.
• Respond to questions about mortgage payments, escrow accounts, and homeowners insurance; document interactions per policy.
• Research inquiries across multiple systems and deliver timely, accurate service meeting quality standards.
• Resolve customer concerns using problem-solving and critical-thinking to identify solutions.
• Navigate multiple applications while maintaining attention to detail and a positive experience.
