TEKsystems in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Contract-to-Hire Contact Center Representative to handle a mix of inbound mortgage servicing calls and outbound dialer reminders. Training is on-site for three weeks, with a focus on accuracy, courtesy, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements include 2–3 years in a high-volume call center, no job gaps, and a high school diploma. Compensation ranges from $19.50 to $20.50 per hour, with benefits depending on eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must have RFL for all positions.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
• Eagerness to learn how to use our proprietary servicing software.
• 2-3 years of recent experience in a contact center taking high volumes of inbound & outbound calls.
• Training (Mandatory) cannot miss a day; training will be 3 weeks on site.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from mortgage borrowers regarding payments, escrow, and general servicing questions.
• Perform outbound calls on a dialer to remind borrowers of payments.
• Refer eligible homeowners for refinancing opportunities to Originations.
• Engage with Valon customers and route inquiries to appropriate internal parties.
• Meet performance metrics: QA, 1st call resolution, adherence, CSAT, wrap time 1–3 minutes.
