Qualifications

2-3 years of recent contact center or call center experience handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls.

Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment.
Mortgage servicing, banking, finance, loan servicing, or bilingual experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer service calls related to mortgage servicing, payments, escrow, and account inquiries.
