Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in sales or a sales role in the rental industry; results driven.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed based on business needs.
• Commitment to excellent customer service and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills with strong organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and other databases for quoting and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Develop new and grow existing business to increase profits for the branch/region.
• Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities across various industries.
• Build relationships with potential customers to establish trust and rapport.
• Ensure all customer requirements and specifications are documented and met.
• Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase modular building options.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.
• Increase market share in established markets, as well as new markets.
• Prepare reports on sales activities, results, and market trends.
• Develop relationships with manufacturers and subcontractors for project execution.
• Maintain accurate records in the division’s database on quotes and orders.
