McGrath Rent Corp seeks a Sales Representative to drive rental and sale of modular buildings in the Western Missouri, Kansas, and Nebraska areas. This remote role requires field visits, prospecting and strong relationship-building with customers and vendors.

You will develop strategies, pursue opportunities, and close deals while collaborating across teams to provide accurate estimates and ensure first-time right execution. Competitive compensation includes commission and benefits.

Formación

• 3 or more years experience in sales; results driven.
• Ability to travel within territory as needed, including some overnight travel.
• Effective negotiation and closing skills.
• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
• Commitment to excellent customer service.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to articulate ideas verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of motivation and a passion for sales.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Internet and CRM/databases.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• In some states, may need HCD Commercial Coach Salesperson License within 10 weeks.

• Develop new and grow existing business to increase profits for the region.
• Assist in development of marketing plans to support sales activities.
• Build relationships with potential customers to establish trust and rapport.
• Develop relationships with manufacturers and subcontractors for transportation, installation and service.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and offer solutions to meet customer needs.
• Follow established processes in sales and project implementation.
• Ensure customers receive excellent service throughout the project life.
• Maintain accurate records on quotes, specifications and requests; daily data entry.
• Develop relationships within networking organizations or industry associations.
• Achieve/exceed sales-related quotas and goals.
