Job summary

Human Rights Campaign is seeking a Membership Coordinator/Manager to support the day-to-day operations of the membership team. This role handles financial, administrative, vendor, reporting, and premium fulfillment processes that drive member acquisition, retention, and engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years in a relevant role.
• Bachelor's degree considered for hiring at Manager level.
• Experience in member relations and/or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support administration and tracking of operational and financial activities in the membership program.
• Manage vendor invoices, payments, and monthly cost center reconciliation with Finance.
• Coordinate membership premium campaigns, inventory tracking, and fulfillment monitoring.
• Ensure data integrity of campaigns loaded in CRM for revenue tracking.
• Prepare weekly status reports and assist with year-end closeout activities.
