Job summary

NASAA, headquartered in Washington, D.C., seeks a Membership Manager to support the Education, Events and Membership team. You will oversee member data, onboarding, access to systems, and reporting to enable timely access to resources.

The role emphasizes organized, detail-oriented service with cross-functional collaboration. The position offers a hybrid schedule with onsite onboarding and ongoing remote work up to 3 days per week, and a salary range of $77,000–$83,000 with benefits including

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum five years of relevant full-time experience at an association or similar customer-focused org.
• Experience with Association Management Systems (iMIS) highly desirable.
• Project management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain member records in the AMS and run data variance reports.
• Onboard new members and manage access to systems.
• Handle membership inquiries via phone and email; update the AMS daily.
• Maintain accurate membership listings, mailing lists and reports.
• Support the volunteer program for committees and projects.
• Manage member engagement, communications, and committee support.
