Job summary

MSS MJH Shared Services is seeking a Manager for Membership Services, responsible for overseeing the CRM and ensuring proper data management. The role includes managing membership data, tracking engagement, and supporting recruitment initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, at least three years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills. The position is located in Rockville, MD, with a hybrid work arrangement and offers various benefits including paid time off and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in a membership association or similar organization.
• Professional home-office set-up to accommodate a flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage the membership database/customer relationship manager (CRM) to ensure data integrity.
• Oversee schedule and workflow to ensure accurate processing of membership data.
• Respond to member inquiries and provide support.

Skills

Extensive experience working with a membership database

Excellent judgment and oral/written communication skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
