Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years related experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and basic math skills.
• Proficient PC and technology usage.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone service for savings accounts and general information.
• Open new savings/checking accounts and process payroll deductions.
• Explain dividends, balances, and statements.
• Assist with loan information and processing.
• Support Online Banking, Visa, and ATM card questions.
