Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years’ customer service and/or sales experience.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations and work accurately with numbers.

Responsibilities

• Handle deposits, withdrawals, and cashing checks with high accuracy.
• Provide superior service and educate members on digital solutions.
• Promote and cross-sell products and services with integrity.
