Responsibilities

• Provide phone service regarding savings accounts, including information and opening new accounts.
• Provide telephone service for checking accounts, including opening new accounts with features and balances.
• Provide phone service regarding loans, including information on APR and repayment schedules.
• Provide phone service regarding Savings Certificates and IRA accounts.
• Provide phone service regarding VISA, Online Banking, Bill Pay, and ATM/Debit Cards.
• Process Check By Phone loan payments through SWBC and share promotions and happenings.
