Job summary

ENA in Schaumburg, IL seeks a Member Engagement Specialist to drive member growth and engagement across the full lifecycle—from onboarding to renewal and win-back.

This full-time role blends membership operations with proactive outreach, leveraging data and CRM systems to strengthen participation, connect members with resources, and support volunteers and council activities in a flexible hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in membership, customer/member engagement, marketing, association management, or a related field.
• Experience working with CRM or association management systems.
• Experience using data and reporting to support decision-making.
• Strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Support membership recruitment and retention campaigns and reporting.
• Coordinate campaign logistics, communications, prospect lists, and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution of membership initiatives.
• Support the full member lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and win-back activities.
• Engage with members through outreach, surveys, and campaigns.
• Assist with student and emerging nurse engagement programs.
• Provide resources and support to volunteer leaders and councils.
• Contribute ideas for improving membership growth, engagement, and operational efficiency.
