Job summary

ENA in Schaumburg, IL is seeking a Program Manager to support ENA’s core education portfolio (TNCC, ENPC, CEN, TNAC). You will manage multiple projects from planning through execution, coordinating timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

The role partners with internal teams, leadership, vendors, and SMEs to deliver high‑quality educational programs, while using data to identify opportunities for growth and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience in program and/or project management or related roles.
• 3-5 years’ experience leading cross functional teams.
• Conference management software experience
• Project management software experience

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines and milestones are met.
• Analyze program data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program objectives are aligned and executed effectively.
• Oversee the execution of webinars, events, and training sessions.
• Work within the program budget to allocate resources effectively and monitor expenses.
