Job summary

Enara is seeking a Membership Care and Growth Manager to grow and engage members joining the Enara program. You will oversee onboarding, care, and education at partner clinics, using 1:1 sessions, testimonials, and outreach to referring clinics. Travel to Chicago a few times per week is required.

You will manage onsite workflow with the partner success and clinical teams and support virtual onboarding for referrals across markets, maintaining a compassionate, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year related work experience in healthcare.
• Minimum 2–4 years in sales, healthcare/health plan sales, outside sales, marketing, grassroots community engagement, or member/patient outreach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency with medical technology including EMR and mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and educate prospective patients in local partner clinics.
• Perform non-invasive diagnostics and assist with billing/data entry.
• Contact patients for follow-up visits and schedule appointments.
• Educate and engage with clinic partners to streamline workflows.
• Organize community events with Enara and Partner Marketing teams.
