Zusammenfassung

LifeBridge Health Medical Group is seeking a scheduling agent to coordinate appointments for primary care practices. The role includes relaying messages to providers for referrals, Rx refills, and non-urgent concerns, with a Monday-Friday schedule in a HYBRID REMOTE capacity.

Training occurs in Owings Mills with in-office onboarding for about 6 weeks, then remote work possible. Benefits include healthcare, retirement plans, tuition reimbursement, generous PTO, and parking.

Qualifikationen

• HS Diploma/GED preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in high-volume call center, medical practice front desk or scheduling experience
• Customer service experience required
• Medical terminology preferred

Aufgaben

• Handle customer requests coming into the Contact Center by phone.
• Support patients, provider practices, departments or LifeBridge Health services with appointments, prescription refills, and other provider practice activities including preauthorization and referral follow up.
