Job summary

LifeBridge Health's Sinai Hospital is seeking an OR Posting Specialist to prepare accurate, detailed daily schedules for the operating room and to coordinate with surgeon offices in posting procedures while balancing patient, surgeon, and OR needs.

The role is scheduled Monday - Friday with 2 days onsite at Sinai Hospital and 3 days remotely after orientation, offering competitive benefits and a path to growth within a leading Maryland health system.

Qualifications

• Education: H.S. Diploma preferred.
• Experience: 1-3 years of surgical scheduling experience required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with administrative and clinical leadership to optimize daily schedules.
• Schedules surgical cases with attention to detail and accurate procedure, diagnosis, laterality, case time, demographic and other posting information.
• Works with surgeon offices daily to review and finalize case schedule for next operative day.
