Job summary

WelbeHealth is seeking a Medical Assistant to support clinicians in a clinic serving seniors, combining front-office tasks with hands-on clinical duties. You will greet participants, schedule and prepare for visits, record vitals and assist with exams under supervision.

Qualified candidates have phlebotomy experience, an MA certification (CMA/RMA/NCMA), and at least two years of clinical MA work with elderly populations; CPR/First Aid within 180 days is preferred.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy experience required.
• Two years of Medical Assistant experience in a clinical setting with frail or elderly population preferred.
• Current Medical Assistant certification (CMA/RMA/NCMA) required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare participants for appointments and check-in/out.
• Record vital signs and medical histories.
• Assist with pre-exam testing and clinical procedures under physician supervision.
• Maintain sterile equipment and exam room readiness.
• Document and maintain clinic logs and supplies.
