Job summary

TETER is seeking a Mechanical Project Engineer to lead the design and coordination of HVAC and plumbing systems for diverse buildings. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, clients, and consultants from design through construction, guiding projects with technical excellence and mentorship.

Qualifications include PE licensure (CA) or ability to obtain within six months, a BS in Mechanical Engineering, and 5+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; PE licensure preferred or obtainable within six months.
• 5+ years of mechanical engineering experience leading projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and documentation of HVAC and plumbing systems for building projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to develop integrated designs.
• Perform engineering calculations and equipment selection.
• Provide construction support through submittals and field observations.
• Mentor EITs and junior engineers.
• Contribute to QA/QC reviews and design standards.
