Job summary

TETER is seeking a Mechanical Project Engineer in Fresno to lead the design and coordination of HVAC and plumbing systems for diverse building projects. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, clients, and consultants, guiding projects from design through construction while mentoring junior staff.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of mechanical engineering experience, CA PE licensure or ability to obtain within six months, and proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of mechanical engineering experience, mentoring staff.
• Current or able to obtain Mechanical PE licensure in California within six months.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and coordination of HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Perform engineering analyses and equipment selection.
• Coordinate with architects, structural, electrical, and other teams.
• Manage project scope, schedules, and budgets.
• Provide construction support and QA/QC participation.
• Mentor EITs, junior engineers, and drafters.
