Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in vehicle design or related field.
• Experience leading complex design projects from concept to production.
• Strong background in mechanical systems and electrical integration.
• Experience with hazard analysis and risk management.
• Proficient with DOORS and Jira/Confluence.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Proficient with Google Suite and Confluence.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and mentor a team of mechanical engineers.
• Manage multiple engineering projects from concept to delivery.
• Review mechanical designs for accuracy and robustness.
