Qualifications
- Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Experience collaborating with OEM customers to develop technical solutions.
- Experience integrating hydraulics, controls, electrical, software and mechanical systems.
- Proven ability to communicate with both engineering and commercial teams.
- Experience with vehicle automation, electrification, electrohydraulic controls, or advanced mobile equipment technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Responsibilities
- Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team from concept through production for advanced mobile equipment systems.
- Partner with OEMs to understand technical challenges and develop integrated vehicle solutions.
- Guide projects from discovery to system architecture, prototype integration, validation and production transition.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product Management to deliver innovative solutions that win business.
- Shape technology strategy and introduce new systems across global engineering teams.
