• Oversee CRM configuration, user access, data governance, reporting, integrations, and enhancements.
• Lead data-quality initiatives: cleaning, deduplication, imports, audits, and CRM maintenance.
• Develop training materials for the CRM to boost engagement and usage among attorneys and staff.
• Evaluate and implement marketing tech to keep the firm's online presence current and competitive.
• Stay updated on evolving technologies and educate users on best practices.
• Manage events, email campaigns, RSVP tracking, audience segmentation, and campaign reporting.
