AMS Staffing, Inc. is assisting a law firm client in Century City, CA to hire a Legal Marketing Technology Specialist.

The role oversees the Firm’s website and CRM (DealCloud) and blends marketing, technology and data‑driven decision making to strengthen client development. Responsibilities include configuring and maintaining DealCloud, data governance, reporting and integrations; creating training materials; monitoring website analytics and SEO; and supporting campaigns, events and branding

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of marketing technology experience.
• Understanding of website analytics, SEO, AI tools, and data management best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CRM configuration, data governance, reporting, integrations, and vendor coordination.
• Lead data quality initiatives including deduplication, imports, audits, and maintenance of records.
• Develop training materials for the CRM system to improve engagement and activities.
• Evaluate website trends and recommend enhancements to keep the Firm competitive.
• Manage events, email campaigns, and campaign performance reporting.
• Track website data and translate insights into business development initiatives.
• Collaborate with partners and leadership on client alerts, blogs, and marketing tasks.
