Responsibilities

• Evaluate and enhance website trends to keep the Firm competitive.
• Manage events, email campaigns, and campaign performance reporting.

• Upload bulk data into CRM using Excel.

Job Description

Our law firm client is seeking a Marketing Technology Specialist to join our team. The Specialist will oversee the maintenance and optimization of the Firm's website and customer relationship management (CRM) system (DealCloud). They also will play a key role in the implementation and expansion of other firmwide marketing technology initiatives. This is a great opportunity if you are a marketing professional who enjoys a mix of creativity, technology, and data-driven decision-making.

++Essential Duties++

• Bring your technology and data management acumen to oversee CRM (DealCloud) system configuration, user access, data governance, reporting, integrations, vendor coordination, and ongoing platform enhancements.
• Leverage your attention to detail to lead data-quality initiatives, including contact management, deduplication, data remediation, imports, audits, and ongoing maintenance of CRM records and marketing databases.
• Utilize your training and communications skills to develop and deploy training videos and materials for the CRM system to increase attorney/legal assistant engagement tracking contacts, interactions, and business development activities.
• Apply your digital marketing knowledge to evaluate legal industry website trends and recommend enhancements that keep the Firm's online presence current and competitive.
• Demonstrate your commitment to continuous learning by staying current on evolving technologies, features, and tools, while educating attorneys and marketing professionals on best practices.
• Employ your event experience to manage marketing technology components related to events, email campaigns, RSVP tracking, contact segmentation, mailing lists, and campaign performance reporting.
• Apply your analytical abilities to track, report on, and assess website data to create actionable business development initiatives.
• Utilize your project management capabilities to maintain project timelines, respond to attorney requests, and execute on initiatives discussed at stakeholders' meetings.
• Utilize your Excel skills to sort and upload bulk data into CRM.
• Harness your research background to evaluate and recommend new marketing technologies to enhance business development and branding efforts.
• Showcase your collaboration capabilities to partner with peers and the Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer and assist in the development of client alerts, blog posts, social media posts, and other miscellaneous marketing tasks.
