AMS Staffing, Inc. seeks a Marketing Technology Specialist to oversee the Firm's website and DealCloud CRM, driving data-driven marketing initiatives.

The role blends technology, analytics, and communications to optimize client engagement, website performance, and cross-functional marketing programs. Onsite initially, with flexible work arrangement after ramp, you will collaborate with attorneys and marketing leaders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of marketing technology experience.
• Understanding of website analytics, SEO, AI tools, and data management best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CRM configuration, data governance, reporting, integrations, and platform enhancements.
• Lead data-quality initiatives including contact management, deduplication, and audits.
• Develop training videos and materials for the CRM to boost engagement and tracking.
• Evaluate and enhance website trends to keep the Firm competitive.
• Manage events, email campaigns, and campaign performance reporting.
• Track and report website data to drive business development initiatives.
• Maintain project timelines and respond to attorney requests.
• Upload bulk data into CRM using Excel.
• Explore new marketing technologies to support branding and BD efforts.
• Collaborate with the Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer on client alerts and social content.
