• Strong attention to detail, organization, and deadline management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva.

Responsibilities

• Assist with formatting, assembling, packaging, proofreading, and submitting proposals, RFQs, RFPs, and related materials.
• Prepare resumes, sell sheets, project descriptions, and standard attachments.
• Coordinate with internal staff to collect project details, resumes, and images.
• Maintain organized proposal files, templates, and submission records.
• Update project lists, resumes, marketing content, and digital assets.
