Job summary

Parametrix seeks a Marketing Coordinator in Portland, OR to support proposals and marketing efforts across multiple practices. You will collaborate with technical staff, project managers, and marketing teammates to develop thoughtful, responsive materials for municipal, agency, and private-sector clients.

The role emphasizes coordinating proposal content, maintaining schedules, and researching clients to inform pursuit planning.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of marketing, proposal, or related experience within architecture, engineering, construction, or professional services.
• Experience supporting proposals, statements of qualifications, and competitive pursuits.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, priorities, and deadlines in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
• Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and other Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
• Experience developing social media strategies and content development.
• Experience using AI tools with the judgment to review, validate, and refine AI-assisted content.
• Experience with Unanet, Deltek, or similar CRM/marketing information system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the development of proposals, statements of qualifications, presentations, and other pursuit materials.
• Work with technical and marketing team members to gather, organize, write, edit, and format proposal content.
• Review solicitation requirements and help maintain proposal schedules, calendars, assignments, and deadlines.
• Research clients, projects, markets, and competitors to support pursuit planning and proposal development.
• Update and maintain resumes, project profiles, team qualifications, and other marketing information in Unanet.
• Develop and format documents using Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and related software.
