Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson seeks a Proposal Coordinator/Marketing professional to manage pursuit coordination for the assigned region, in a hybrid role requiring at least three days in the office and U.S. residency.

The candidate will lead responses to RFPs, coordinate with SMEs, maintain CRM entries, support marketing collateral, and help produce high-quality submissions while ensuring compliance with QMS standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, English, journalism, communications, business, or related field.
• 3-6 years relevant A/E/C industry experience.
• Knowledge of the RFQ/RFP structure and proposal process.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage the coordination, preparation, and review of proposal submissions and related marketing materials.
• Enter RFPs into the CRM system and track leads, go/no-go, and wins/losses.
• Coordinate pursuit production, including editing, printing, and delivery with QA/QC.
• Prepare major sections of pursuits and work with SMEs to develop content.
• Maintain visually appealing resumes, boilerplate information, and subconsultant data.
