Job summary

Modjeski and Masters (M&M) is seeking an Entry Level Marketing Coordinator in Mechanicsburg, PA to develop proposals, respond to RFPs, and shape marketing content. You will work with client managers and technical teams to craft compelling narratives that align with client goals and brand guidelines.

The role emphasizes organizing, prioritizing, and collaborating across disciplines, with hybrid work options and mentorship provided.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of proposal coordination or marketing experience in the AEC industry required.
• Will consider 0-2 years of experience
• Exposure to the AEC Sector is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or Business.
• Proven ability to manage multiple shifting priorities.
• Working knowledge in MS365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign).
• Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral in response to RFP/Qs and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Client Managers to prepare prequalification applications and maintain firm registrations.
• Collaborate with technical teams and subject-matter experts to gather, structure, and refine content for winning proposals.
• Ensure proposals align with client instructions, formatting standards, and brand guidelines.
• Plan and manage proposal schedules and review cycles, assign tasks, and maintain version control.
• Develop and refine persuasive written sections—executive summaries, technical approaches, staffing plans.
• Coordinate with graphics team to provide direction, ensuring visuals support narratives.
• Maintain a library of resumes, boilerplate content, and up-to-date project descriptions.
• Support business development activities, including capture planning and CRM updates.
• Coach technical staff in preparing presentations and interviews.
• Lead or participate in post-submission debriefs to document lessons and drive process improvements.
