Job summary

Global Construction, a division of Kapella Group, is expanding its business development team in Centennial, Colorado. The hybrid role blends proactive marketing coordination with strategic marketing support, including outbound lead generation and pursuit activities.

You will organize CRM pipelines, manage follow‑ups, and produce high‑impact proposals, qualifications packages, and marketing collateral to drive client acquisition.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of practical experience in marketing coordination, business development, proposal coordination, or sales development.
• Outbound outreach and CRM-driven prospecting experience is expected.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with polished outbound communications.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines across stakeholders.
• Experience in construction, architecture, engineering, or related industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Outbound Lead Generation: research target companies, map decision‑makers, and initiate meetings.
• Pursuit & Proposal Support: partner with Marketing Manager to develop proposals and marketing collateral.
• Pipeline Administration: maintain CRM hygiene and track active pursuits.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: align outreach with growth objectives across teams.
• Represent the organization at industry events and support marketing initiatives.
